Allow setting to be saved to .ini file

Certain user selected options are transient and there is not intuitive method to allow the user to save them as default. Among these transient settings include the DPI settings.

Allowing the user the option to save option changes would allow the customization of the default options to those settings the user typically uses.

Saving these options to the applications INI file will eliminate the user's frustrations as they have to reset the project setting for each project item used.

This would increase the user friendliness which usually means the popularity of the application.
